Doctors’ allergy mistakes ‘risking lives’

Thousands of lives are put at risk by doctors prescribing drugs to which patients are known to be allergic, the medicines watchdog says.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) said there were “major issues” in the way allergies were recorded and shared.
In its first guidelines on allergy, it is calling for known allergies to be recorded on all prescriptions.
The charity Allergy UK said a “lack of awareness” was putting lives at risk.
Official data recorded 18,079 incidents of drug allergies affecting patient safety in the NHS in England and Wales between 2005 and 2013.
Most involved medicines which were prescribed to a patient with a known allergy to that class of drugs.

Even when you have the documented evidence South Yorkshire Police refuse to investigate a deliberate murder. We have been fighting for over 10 years to get someone to go through all the documents we have gained access to. see look at GP notes for 15th March 2004 Then look at Dr. James letter dated 14th March 2006 second page stating He reported the endoscopy results on 15th March 2004 “There was NO evidence of Malignancy ie cancer and NO dysplasia which are pre cancerous cells” Then look at What on call doctor Dr. Kevin Lee states in his 18th May 2004 letter proving exactly what he was told over the phone on 18th April 2004 and what he prescribed without seeing the patient giving instructions to nurses to administer the deadly drugs.

Now look at the Pathology Report dated February 2005, we had to wait over 10months to see, which proved NO oesophageal cancer.

Also see Dr. G James letter replying to my enquiry dated 29th March 2006 proving that no one other than myself had contacted him since dad died, proving neither Coroner contacted him, WHy?

Also see 8th March 2006 again two years after dad was killed proving dad had been given a 5 day course of Fludarabine for his resurgent CLL on 5th April 2004, CLL was responding to treatment and under reasonable control. This drug works in the system for up to 30 days.

14th March 2004 GP prescribed Oramorph without dad going to the surgery, so that is when the killing began.

See what else was prescribed and forced in dad on those last 6 days and night of his life.

Even the night sitter said she had never known anyone else last so long, especially with the amount of drugs being pumped into dad.

Any help would be most welcome.
